This is where you outsource the packing and shipping of your orders to another company known as a 3PL company. This 3PL company has their own warehouse where you send your products to. They store your products and when an order is completed successfully in Subamplify, it then gets sent to their system. From there, they automatically pack and ship your orders for you.
If you're going to be packing and shipping orders using a 3PL service, then we must first add an integration to your 3PL service:
Click on Settings in the top right hand corner
Click on Integrations
From the sub-menu, click on Fulfillment Service
Then click on your Fulfillment Service (e.g. ShipStation)
Then follow the steps to enter the authentication details for your Fulfillment Service
Then click Save to save changes
Now we must set the default fulfillment service to be your 3PL service:
Click on Settings in the top right hand corner
Click on Orders
Under "Default Fulfillment Service", select the fulfillment service (e.g. ShipStation) you set up in the previous steps
Under "Allow Customers to Reorder Previous Orders", select "Enabled"
Under "After successful payment for an order", select "Automatically fulfill the order"
Under "One-Tme Products are fulfilled", select "By each Order Item"
If you are using Quickmail, under "One-Tme Products are fulfilled", select instead "By the Order"
Click "Save"
